The remaining 1% of the total loss amount is due upon completion of the estimate. We will provide up to 6 additional revisions to include line items as needed for the expanded or additional scope of work. Line items that we have omitted in error do not count toward the 6 revisions. The remaining service fee is 1% of the total loss, less the $250.00 deposit, which will be billed separately as an invoice that will arrive via email and is due upon receipt.
The $150.00 fee to expedite handling is separate and does not count against the remaining 1%.
