Large Loss Estimate - Deposit
Deposit for estimate writing services where the total loss amount exceed $100,000.00. Includes water mitigation and remediation.
The remaining 2% of the total loss amount is due upon completion of the estimate. We will provide up to 6 additional revisions to include line items as needed for the expanded or additional scope of work. Line items that we have omitted in error do not count toward the 6 revisions. The remaining amount of the service fee is 2% of the total loss, less the $500.00 deposit, which will be billed separately as an invoice that will arrive via email and is due upon receipt.Â
