Each credit = One conversion up to 400 line items.
Each estimate conversion uses ONE credit. Attempted conversions that result in a failure and/or server failures are automatically credited back to your account. It may take up to 2 hours for the system cache to release the credit. Estimates can have a maximum of 400 line items or a file size of 150MB.
Reprice your estimate upon import. Update and verify all information, including opening statement, scope, Insured info, company header, coverages, parameters, and reprice before editing.
