About

ReadyAdjuster was founded in 2016 as a resource for adjusters looking to get started in an independent adjuster career. There are many moving parts in the requirements needed for adjusters to be eligible to work claims.  There are licensing requirements, software training, carrier certifications, C.E. requirements, having the proper equipment for the job, and getting yourself listed on the rosters of as many IA firms as possible. Even after meeting these requirements, the job remains demanding, both physically and mentally, and there is no guarantee you will receive a call to work as an independent adjuster.

We have since expanded into Insurance Consulting and Xactimate Estimate writing services for homeowners who want a clear, accurate estimate of their loss but have their own contractor and do not want anyone else’s name on their indemnity payments. We offer an alternative solution to Public Adjusters that require a contract, take on average 10% of your claim payment, and require their authorization to release your insurance claim payment.

Xactimate Instructor

Alex Adekola, a licensed independent Insurance Adjuster NPN#8789457 based in Atlanta, GA, has extensive experience as an independent adjuster, working in the field, in the office, and virtually. His expertise has been cited in publications like Realtor.com, Yahoo, and AutoInsurance.com.  Hurricane Sandy was his first storm; he has worked on two-story, steep roofs in the winters of New York, in hailstorms in the Midwest, and in hurricanes in the South. Alex has worked for various carriers in multiple roles, including adjuster, file reviewer, and team lead for mid-market and high-net-worth carriers.
